Exista situatii in mai multe domenii cand se degaja in volumul incaperilor datorita unui  proces  tehnologic  o cantitate variabila de substanta nociva.
Daca se introduce in incaperea unde are loc precesul tehnologic aer proaspat in mod continuu,concentratia de substanta nociva creste in incapere pana la valoarea maxima C maxim,dupa care scade pana la valoarea 0.                                                                                                                                                           Daca incaperea nu este ventilata schimbul de aer este egal cu zero,si atunci concentratia degajarilor se determina astfel :
Ct =Gt /V  [ gr/h : m3/h]
Ct =Ca  reprezinta concentratia limita admisibila [ gr / m3]
Gt : cantitatea de noxe care se degaja intr-un interval de timp
V: volumul incaperii unde se dezvolta degajarea cantitatii de noxe in intervalul de  timp

Cazul particular dar foarte important al instalatiei de avarie
Debitul necesar de aer pentru evacuarea substantelor nocive accumulate intr-o hala ca urmare a unui accident ;acest debit trebuie determinat pentru un interval de timp W ,in volumul incaperii V in asa fel incat concentratia noxelor sa scada de la o valoare maxima la o valoare minima admisibila Ca.

Observatii
Dar de ce calculez debitul de aer necesar spalarii cu aer a volumului de nocivitatii degajat accidental in hala din cauza unei avarii timp de 7 minute a unui utilaj ?
Raspunsul este pentru protectia oamenilor .                                                                                                In cazul unei sectii a uscare a peliculelor de lac caracterizate prin evaporare a solventilor. Oamenii care lucreaza in hala pot fi surprinsi de evaporarea care creste rapid  in urma unei avarii la un utilaj ; de la inceputul procesului de uscare si scade pe masura ce procesul  de uscare se apropie  de sfarsit,adica scade cantitatea de vapori in urma opririi avariei.
Se poate calcula instalatia de ventilare de avarie avand debitul de aer necesar pentru evacuarea cantitatii de nocivitate degajata accidental in timp ce oamenii pot sa paraseasca incinta fara ca sanatatea lor sa fie afectata.( deci se asigura viata si sanatatea oamenilor ) .Desigur instalatia de ventilare va intra in functiune daca este comandata de  un sesizor. Acest sesizor  in urma cresterii concentratiei de vapori de solvent sau bioxid de carbon da comanda de pornire a instalaiei de ventilatie pentru spalarea cu aer proaspat a incintei  pentru parasirea locului de munca in siguranta a oamenilor pana ce debitul de substanta nociva in amestec cu aerul este evacuat si desigur avaria  utilajului remediata .

Date de intrare :
O hala are volumul V = 300 m3

Date de iesire :
Se cere sa se calculeze debitul de aer necesar pentru evacuarea unei cantitati de nocivitate astfel incat concentratia finala a substantei nocive sa scada de la valoarea maxima la valoarea minima admisibila Ca.=0.01 g/m3
Timpul de evacuare a nocivitatilor W =5 minute
Cantitatea de noxe care se degaja Gt = 21kg = 21.000 gr

1.Se determina concentratia maxima de substanta nociva degajata in hala
Ct =Gt /V  [ gr/h : m3/h]
Ct =  21.000 : 300 = 70g/ m3
Ct =  70g/ m3
2. Calculul debitului  de aer necesar pentru evacuarea unei cantitati de nocivitate degajata in hala in timpul W= 5minute
D=2.303 x V : W lg Ct/Ca                                                                                                                                                                                          
D=2.303 x 300  : 5 x  lg 7 0/ 0.01 =
D= 691 : 19.25
D = 36 m3/min = 2153 m3/h



Observatii
Dar de calculez debitul de aer necesar spalarii cu aer a volumului de nocivitatii degajat accidental in hala din cauza unei avarii timp de 7 minute a unui utilaj ?
Raspunsul este pentru protectia oamenilor .                                                                                                In cazul unei sectii a uscare a peliculelor de lac caracterizate prin evaporare a solventilor. Oamenii care lucreaza in hala pot fi surprinsi de evaporarea care creste rapid  in urma unei avarii la un utilaj ; de la inceputul procesului de uscare si scade pe masura ce procesul  de uscare se apropie  de sfarsit,adica scade cantitatea de vapori in urma opririi avariei.
Se poate calcula instalatia de ventilare de avarie avand debitul de aer necesar pentru evacuarea cantitatii de nocivitate degajata accidental in timp ce oamenii pot sa paraseasca incinta fara ca sanatatea lor sa fie afectata.( deci se asigura viata si sanatatea oamenilor ) .Desigur instalatia de ventilare va intra in functiune daca este comandata de  un sesizor. Acest sesizor  in urma cresterii concentratiei de vapori de solvent sau bioxid de carbon da comanda de pornire a instalaiei de ventilatie pentru spalarea cu aer proaspat a incintei  pentru parasirea locului de munca in siguranta a oamenilor pana ce debitul de substanta nociva in amestec cu aerul este evacuat si desigur avaria  utilajului remediata

Un alt exemplu ar fi in industria de turnare in forme a fontei topite .In primele momente ale turnarii cantitatea de CO2 ( bioxid de carbon ) este foarte mare ,si apoi scade continuu pana la valoarea 0, in timp ce se racesc treptat piesele.

Características:
